So many lovely photos of the Big T’s aunts. My project for when NZ Sculpture OnShore is over and I get my life back — to research these amazing women and document their stories.

    • Thanks Amy. I’m the Marketing Manager. I’m on the Board of the company NZ Sculpture OnShore and a Trustee of the fundraising trust. The event has been running for many years, raising funds for Women’s Refuge. We put on a biennial sculpture exhibition, where we act as “the gallery” for the the artists. Our commission + ticket sales are donated to Refuge. It’s a huge undertaking, with most of us volunteers or working pro bono.

  1. Thanks. We’re at that point when it seems totally overwhelming, but when the gates open and it’s too late to regret or do anything else, I think we’ll relax a bit and enjoy our efforts. At least I hope so!!!
