Six word Saturday: what’s so interesting to my dad?

Three little girls pose for the camera with one little boy (my Dad) whose attention is elsewhere. I wonder what he was looking at? Photo: c. 1933 Leslie family archive.

    • Hi Amy. I’m not sure; perhaps the rear yard at his house. My grandad still lived in the same house when I was a little girl, and I remember going there. I must ask Dad!

  1. That picture is so cute! From the look of the shadow and the way his sister is holding his wrist, it looks like he’s waving to someone … and from the smile on his face, he likes them 🙂

    • Thanks Joanne. It does look like he’s waving. I don’t know who the girls are. My dad doesn’t have any sisters, so I was assuming they were probably neighbourhood kids. Another question to ask him!
